PE Check Plans (minute): Time that a project engineer (PE) spends to check plans
per timecard if none of the activities is additional and at least one quantity-of-work
data field is missing. This value should be entered as an interval from which a uniform
random number is generated in the simulation.

PE Calculate Quantities (minute): Time that a PE spends to calculate quantities
per timecard if none of the activities is additional and at least one quantity-of-work
data field is missing. This value should be entered as an interval from which a uniform
random number is generated in the simulation.

PE Estimate (minute): Time that a PE spends to estimate data per timecard
if at least one of the activities in the timecard is additional, the quantity of data field
in the same activity is missing and it is decided to be estimated. This value should be
entered as an interval from which a uniform random number is generated in the simulation.

PE Site Visit (minute): Time that a PE spends on-site per day if at least one of the
activities in all timecards is additional, the quantity of data field in the same activity is
missing and it is decided to be measured on-site. This value should be entered as an
interval from which a uniform random number is generated in the simulation.

PE Foreman Short Comm (minute): Time that PE and a specific foreman spends
on the phone per timecard if any of the production except quantity-of-work is missing
in all activities.

TK NVA (minute): Duration that the time keeper spends on the phone per day with
all the foremen to obtain inaccurate data.

TK VA (minute): Duration that the time keeper spends to enter data per day.

PE NVA For LS (minute): NVA for PE at the end of the day for laser scanner case.
The field is only activated when Laser-Scanner is selected from pull down menu. All
