Duration of communication between PE and Foreman per timecard if at least one of quantity-of-work data fields in all foreman groups is missing. The durations should be set for both planned and additional activity cases. Planned case will be used only if all activities are planned. Each duration should be entered as an interval in minutes from which a uniform random number is generated in the simulation and added to both PE and corresponding foreman as NVA. For example, if at least one of quantity-of-work data fields is missing for planned activities in a timecard sent by drainage foreman, communication duration for PE and Foreman ranges from 15 minutes to 25 minutes.
