This page was developed as documentation for my senior honors thesis at Carnegie Mellon University. The first half of the research was spent finding the resources and organizing them, while the second half was spent creating these web pages.
Although public recognition and understanding of the opportunities and liabilities related to brownfield development has increased in the past years, obtaining funding is a major issue. This site was developed in an effort to help potential developers locate financing sources and options.
This site is organized based on how I thought that users would need to search for funding sources. There are three main categories each with several subcategories. Details are provided for specific funding sources by clicking on the links.
