Case Study: Local Infrastructure Assessment

As part of the Hays site case study investigation, a local infrastructure assessment was conducted in order to examine some of the existing local infrastructure of the "Hays" Site. The local infrastructure associated with the facility which includes the local roads and bridges was evaulated in terms of its adequacy to provide service given the conversion of the former Hays Army Ammunition Plant to a processing facility for galvanizing rolled steel.
