This Web Site contains links to information concerning the research project at Carnegie Mellon University entitled: "Brownfield Development: the Implications for Urban Infrastructure." As part of this project, several Case Studies on specific brownfield sites are being conducted in order to gain a better understanding of the process and issues involved with the redevelopment of brownfield sites.

In addition to the case study investigations, research projects associated with the "Brownfields" project at Carnegie Mellon University include: the Pittsburgh RISES Project and the Broker for Environmental Regulations Project.
