Hi! I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. I completed the Masters degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Institute of Technology in Spring 2006 and my undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, India in Spring 2005.

I am from the beautiful princely desert city of Bikaner in north-western India, world-famous for its spicy snack "Bikaneri Bhujia" and sweets.

Currently I’m CEE Representative for the Graduate Students Assembly and Membership Co-Chair for the Indian Graduate Students' Association at Carnegie Mellon.
