Welcome to our project's homepage. This research is being conducted by an interdisciplinary team at Carnegie Mellon University. Project members include faculty from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Graduate School of Industrial Administration, and Institute for Complex Engineered Systems. The goal is explore possible uses of motor vehicle sensor information for large scale social/infrastructure purposes. On this site you can explore various documentation on the project, as well as take our willingness-to-pay survey and try your hand at a traffic simulation interative demonstration. This research has been funded by the National Science Foundation.
