Water QUEST is partnered with several local organizations to expand our research and educational missions within our home watershed.

RiverQuest (formerly Pittsburgh Voyager) is a non-profit science and environmental education organization offering river-based educational programs for students, teachers, and the community.

Three Rivers Wet Weather (3RWW) is committed to improving the quality of Allegheny County's water resources by helping communties address the issue of untreated sewage and stormwater overflowing into the region's waterways.

The Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC) protects and restores the natural and built environments through collaboration, education and advocacy.

The Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission (ORSANCO) is an interstate commission representing eight states and the federal government with a mandate to control and abate pollution in the Ohio River Basin.

Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) provides water and wastewater services to approximately 250,000 customers through the City of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

 

 

   

      

 

Water QUEST is a multi-disciplinary center housed in the Carnegie Institute of Technology at Carnegie Mellon University with participating faculty from four colleges and eight departments.
