Research

My research interests are in the field of environmental management, specifically how organizations handle environmental concerns of operations. My dissertation focused on the role of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard influences environmental performance of firms. Current research is examining environmental management systems at a more in-depth level, the role of environmental information for organizational decision making, and other environmental policy issues for orgnizations.

Teaching

I'm currently teaching 12-090 Technology and the Environment, a technical elective for non-engineering undergraduates. I'm also a teaching fellow for the Eberly Center.
